Job Description

Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Production Planner to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

  • Establish an optimal production program based on the master plan and operational goals
  • Ensure correct production programs are implemented and available in the business system
  • Conduct analyses of resource and occupancy scenarios, reporting financial consequences
  • Collaborate with colleagues at various levels to support planning and business development
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and ensure commitments are met
  • Communicate complex schedules and decision-making bases to both operators and management

What you bring:

  • College or university degree in logistics, technology, or a related field
  • Work experience in planning and/or logistics
  • Experience working with business systems, e.g., IFS
  • Experience in project management
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
  • Excellent communication skills in Swedish and English, both written and verbal
  • Proactive, goal-oriented, and problem-solving mindset
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with others
