Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior Infrastructure Architect to join our dynamic team.
What you will work on:
- Lead architectural management for both daily operations and projects within the IT infrastructure area
- Ensure project architectures are documented according to guidelines and aligned with governing principles
- Quality assure architectural work in projects, ensuring efficient, sustainable implementation aligned with business goals
- Collaborate with architects, project managers, information security experts, and external vendors
- Communicate and anchor architectural decisions, guidelines, and technical choices at multiple organizational levels
- Contribute to the development and updating of the enterprise architecture (EA) framework, models, and related instructions
- Act as a technical advisor on design issues, providing expertise in infrastructure and platform solutions
What you bring:
- Relevant post-secondary education
- At least 8 years of experience as an Infrastructure Architect
- Broad technical knowledge and strong experience in strategic infrastructure design
- Expertise in network and network infrastructure architecture, including LAN/WLAN/WAN, switching, routing, load balancing, and firewalls
- Experience with Infrastructure/Platform as a Service (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS)
- Strong experience with VMware, backup, and storage solutions
- Ability to describe, model, visualize, and analyze complex IT structures
- Experience with modeling tools such as SPARX Enterprise Architect or similar
- Understanding of permit-requiring activities and related regulations
- Swedish citizenship (required for security clearance)
- Structured, analytical, and proactive with a solution-oriented mindset
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to adapt messages to different target groups
- Holistic business approach and ability to collaborate cross-functionally to build trust
Meritorious:
- Experience from operations in the financial sector or other regulated industries
- Experience in architectural governance in large, complex IT environments
- Understanding of IT governance and business management
- Experience leading workshops and technical briefings
