Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Category Specialist to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

Support Sourcing in contracts and supplier management for machinery-related procurement.
Manage and develop supplier relationships, ensuring alignment with project objectives.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders and engineering teams to meet project deliverables.
Negotiate contracts to secure value, quality, and timely delivery.
Ensure suppliers receive accurate and timely information to meet delivery expectations.
Conduct regular follow-ups to monitor progress, resolve issues, and maintain performance standards.
Contribute to the planning and coordination of complex cable installation projects, including offshore and onshore operations.

What you bring:

Proven experience in contract management and negotiation.
Background in machinery sourcing, technical procurement, or related fields.
Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
Structured, results-driven, and able to work independently.
Excellent communication skills in both Swedish and English, spoken and written.
Ability to thrive in complex, fast-paced projects with meticulous planning and coordination.
