Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior Project Manager – Substation to join our dynamic team.
What You Will Work On
- Lead and manage medium-sized delivery projects from initiation to completion, ensuring all project activities align with contractual agreements, quality standards, and client policies (e.g., health, safety, and environment).
- Coordinate project activities in close collaboration with Lead Engineers and other key stakeholders.
- Monitor and ensure adherence to project schedules, budgets, and financial targets.
- Develop and maintain project plans using MS Project, ensuring accurate tracking of progress and milestones.
- Utilize SAP to manage project WBS, forecasts, billing plans, purchase orders, invoices, and other financial and operational project data.
- Act as the main point of contact for customers, providing updates and managing expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
- Oversee multiple projects (3–5) in different phases, ensuring smooth transitions from start-up to finalization.
- Collaborate closely with skilled engineering teams to ensure technical solutions meet client requirements and standards.
What You Bring
- Proven experience leading medium-sized delivery projects, preferably in Substation Automation or related electrical systems.
- Solid technical understanding of Substation Automation Systems and associated engineering processes.
- Strong proficiency in SAP for project management, including WBS creation, forecasting, billing, and purchase management.
- Experience in project planning and scheduling using MS Project.
- Excellent organizational, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively in cross-functional teams.
- Commitment to maintaining high standards for quality, safety, and client satisfaction.
