Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior Product/Project Manager to join our dynamic team.
What You Will Work On
- Lead the redesign and further development of an internal sports publishing platform used across multiple functions.
- Drive requirements gathering, prioritize initiatives, and coordinate activities between operations and development teams (frontend and backend).
- Oversee system migrations, ensuring smooth transition for multiple users and complex data structures.
- Manage product or project delivery for internal tools and platforms at a large scale.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure platform improvements align with business needs.
- Support UX/UI enhancements and contribute to user-centered design practices.
- Apply agile product development and delivery processes to ensure efficient, high-quality outcomes.
What You Bring
- Proven experience in building or modernizing internal CMS, publishing, or similar platforms, preferably in sports, media, or broadcast industries.
- Documented experience managing system migrations with multiple users and complex data management.
- Strong background in product ownership or project management for internal tools or platforms.
- Excellent ability to coordinate between technical and non-technical stakeholders, prioritizing work effectively.
- Understanding of agile product development methodologies and delivery processes.
- Basic UX/UI knowledge or experience contributing to user-centered design.
- Strong communication skills and fluency in English; Swedish language skills are a strong advantage.
