Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to join our dynamic team.

What You Will Work On

• Lead the migration of GEAB.SE to a new Azure hosting environment, ensuring security, stability, and scalability.
• Move the website to a secure Vattenfall hosting platform with improved bandwidth and enhanced DDOS protection.
• Implement automatic failover to static pages during traffic spikes.
• Collaborate closely with the IT Web & Digital Solutions team to define project phases and execution plans.
• Coordinate and manage project activities, risks, and dependencies across teams.
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, maintain agile best practices, and ensure timely delivery.
• Communicate progress, issues, and decisions clearly to stakeholders.

What You Bring

• Proven experience as an IT Project Manager and Scrum Master, preferably with website or Azure migration projects.
• Ability to quickly understand new business processes, requirements, and technologies.
• Strong communication and organizational skills; structured and detail-oriented.
• Fluent in Swedish (spoken and written) and English (spoken and written).
• Experience in agile project management, Scrum, and IT project delivery.
• Merit: previous experience managing similar migration projects or working with secure hosting platforms.
