Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior Commercial Project Manager to join our dynamic team.
What you will work on:
- Take full responsibility for all commercial and finance-related matters, including Accounting, Legal, Tax, Foreign Exchange, and NCM (New Collaboration Model) topics
- Manage and optimize targeted financial results, including project gross profit, cash flow, assets, and financing instruments
- Prepare commercial documentation for project status meetings and ensure accuracy of commercial project data during execution
- Ensure compliance with IFRS15, local GAAP, reporting guidelines, and internal controls
- Maintain accurate project books and records in systems such as SAP, OnePM, or other project databases
- Initiate invoicing according to project progress and contractual terms
- Apply and continuously manage financial guarantees, bonds, and project securities
- Support project managers in identifying and minimizing non-conformance costs, establishing reporting structures, and implementing lessons learned
- Assist in evaluating and assessing project risks and opportunities, defining strategies and response activities
- Participate in business trips as required
What you bring:
- Relevant university degree and professional commercial knowledge and experience in project finance or related areas
- Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and holistic problem-solving skills
- Advanced proficiency in SAP, Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Teams, etc.), and optionally visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
- Demonstrated ownership, curiosity, and accountability
- Fluent in English and ability to collaborate in a diverse, global team environment focused on transparency and communication
