Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Workshop Facilitator – Business & IT Alignment to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

Plan, prepare, and facilitate workshops involving key stakeholders, including Vice Presidents, Directors, and the Client Penta Executive Group (VPEG).
Guide discussions to foster collaboration, encourage participation, and ensure all perspectives are considered.
Document workshop discussions, outcomes, and decisions accurately.
Synthesize insights and key findings to identify actionable recommendations.
Produce a comprehensive final report summarizing results and next steps.
Support a smooth, collaborative process to deliver clear results within the project timeframe.
Adapt facilitation approach to accommodate both on-site and remote participants.

What you bring:

Minimum 12 years of relevant experience.
Advanced facilitation skills, including leading workshops, driving consensus, and navigating complex stakeholder environments.
Strong visualization and storytelling skills to communicate insights effectively.
Adaptive and flexible mindset to manage dynamic situations and varying participant needs.
Ability to work collaboratively with senior business and IT stakeholders.
Proven track record of delivering high-quality outputs within tight timelines.
