Job Description

Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior System Engineer to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

  • Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, IT, and external system vendors.
  • Coordinate system integration and business process automation initiatives.
  • Manage requirements gathering, documentation, and communication between business and technical teams.
  • Translate business needs into clear IT specifications and follow up on delivery and implementation.
  • Support the development and continuous improvement of OT systems and related processes.
  • Facilitate collaboration forums to align priorities, resolve issues, and ensure progress.

What you bring:

  • Strong experience organizing and leading collaboration forums to collect and communicate requirements.
  • Proven ability to prepare high-quality documentation for system development and implementation.
  • Experience translating complex IT and technical concepts into business-relevant information.
  • Background in technical system management and coordination with system suppliers.
  • Experience in the energy sector is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and coordination skills with a structured and proactive approach.
  • Fluent in English and Swedish.
