Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior Project Manager – Integration DevOps to join our dynamic team.
What you will work on:
- Create and maintain guidelines, playbooks, and documentation to support efficient platform transitions from Architecture & New Platform into Integration DevOps.
- Facilitate agile ways of working to enhance team productivity, collaboration, and cross-functionality.
- Support the development of a cross-functional Integration DevOps team capable of handling multiple platforms and products in parallel.
- Coordinate with technical and business stakeholders to ensure alignment and smooth handovers during platform transitions.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes, tools, and team practices to strengthen operational excellence.
- Collaborate closely with leadership to shape and refine how the Integration DevOps team operates within the organization.
What you bring:
- 2–5 years of experience in project management, business analysis, coordination, or PMO-type roles.
- Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and bridge communication between technical and business teams.
- Familiarity with agile principles and experience facilitating team ceremonies such as sprint planning, retrospectives, and stand-ups.
- Strong organizational and documentation skills with the ability to turn complex input into clear, actionable outcomes.
- Energetic, driven, and proactive approach with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to build trust across diverse teams.
- Curiosity and interest in technology concepts such as APIs, integrations, and digital platforms (no hands-on technical expertise required).
- Background or exposure to agile coaching, Scrum Mastering, or team facilitation is an advantage.
- Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
