Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior Payroll Integration Consultant to join our dynamic team.
What you will work on:
- Lead and manage seamless integration between Workday and Nordic payroll systems.
- Ensure payroll data is accurate, consistent, and compliant with local regulations, including GDPR.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve complex integration issues by addressing root causes.
- Collaborate with HR, IT, and external vendors to optimize payroll workflows.
- Document processes and facilitate knowledge transfer to support business continuity.
- Mentor colleagues and promote agile, modern development practices.
What you bring:
- Proven experience in payroll integration and HRIS system connectivity; Workday experience is a plus.
- Strong technical knowledge of integration technologies, including APIs, middleware, and cloud-based platforms.
- Deep understanding of payroll processes, compliance requirements, and data privacy regulations.
- Skilled in transformation, mapping, and validation of payroll data.
- Stakeholder management experience; project management experience is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work effectively across HR, IT, and external partners.
- Preferred: experience with Azure Integration, Azure Cloud, Azure DevOps (pipelines, workflows, automation).
- Familiarity with modern development tools and agile methodologies.
- Experience coaching and mentoring team members.
