Assignment Description
We are seeking a highly motivated ADAS EU Function & Use Case Engineer
What You Will Work On
- Identify ADAS feature gaps and performance limitations through real-world vehicle testing.
- Translate findings into clear requirements, KPIs, and continuous improvement actions.
- Define customer-relevant ADAS use cases and real-world driving scenarios with strong focus on EU regulations, infrastructure, and driving behavior.
- Plan and conduct customer interviews and field studies to capture user needs, expectations, and pain points.
- Perform market research and competitive benchmarking to identify differentiation opportunities.
- Collaborate with Quality Assurance to define test scope, test methods, acceptance criteria, and evaluate validation results.
- Act as a key interface between stakeholders, ensuring clarity of requirements and priorities across teams.
- Monitor ADAS technology trends, regulatory developments, and industry best practices.
- Combine customer feedback, interview insights, and usage data into structured product recommendations.
- Support ADAS roadmap planning together with engineering, design, and marketing teams.
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
- Strong understanding of ADAS technologies and competitive automotive landscape.
- Experience in feature development and requirement management.
- Hands-on experience with vehicle testing, data analysis, and KPI definition.
- Strong customer-centric mindset with focus on user value and experience.
- 3+ years of product management experience, preferably within automotive or technology.
- Good knowledge of EU automotive regulations, NCAP, homologation, or regional driving scenarios.
- Strong stakeholder management skills across engineering, QA, product, and customer-facing teams.
- Must have lived in the EU for the last 10 years.
- Valid EU driving license (Category B).
