Assignment Description

We are looking for an AI Automation Lead

What You Will Work On

  • Identify and prioritize processes suitable for AI-driven automation
  • Design and implement intelligent agents for workflow automation
  • Automate processes across procurement and vendor lifecycle management
  • Ensure traceability, auditability, and compliance in automation flows
  • Drive automation initiatives from concept to production deployment
  • Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, Finance, and Security teams
  • Define governance, risk control, and best practices for automation
  • Contribute to building internal capabilities for AI-driven automation
  • Support continuous improvement and scaling of automation solutions

What You Bring

  • Proven experience with automation platforms (e.g., Workato, UiPath, or similar)
  • Experience deploying AI agents or intelligent automation in real-world environments
  • Strong understanding of auditability, explainability, and compliance in automation workflows
  • Experience working in cross-functional environments
  • Ability to drive initiatives and influence without formal authority
  • Strong structured and results-oriented communication skills
