Assignment Description

We are looking for an AI Automation Lead

What You Will Work On

Identify and prioritize processes suitable for AI-driven automation
Design and implement intelligent agents for workflow automation
Automate processes across procurement and vendor lifecycle management
Ensure traceability, auditability, and compliance in automation flows
Drive automation initiatives from concept to production deployment
Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, Finance, and Security teams
Define governance, risk control, and best practices for automation
Contribute to building internal capabilities for AI-driven automation
Support continuous improvement and scaling of automation solutions

What You Bring

Proven experience with automation platforms (e.g., Workato, UiPath, or similar)
Experience deploying AI agents or intelligent automation in real-world environments
Strong understanding of auditability, explainability, and compliance in automation workflows
Experience working in cross-functional environments
Ability to drive initiatives and influence without formal authority
Strong structured and results-oriented communication skills
