Job Description

Assignment Description

We are looking for a BI Developer / Data Analyst

What You Will Work On

Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into data solutions
Work with data collection, transformation, modeling, and visualization
Develop and maintain data models and analytics solutions
Build dashboards and reports using visualization tools
Collaborate with Data & Analytics teams and business stakeholders
Contribute to developing methods, frameworks, and best practices in data work
Share knowledge and support the growth of the organization’s data capabilities
Act as a bridge between technical teams and business users

What You Bring:

Minimum 5 years of experience in data analysis or related field
Strong experience with SQL and DBT
Experience with Tableau or similar data visualization tools
Strong communication skills in both Swedish and English (spoken and written)
Experience building semantic models (e.g., Looker) is a plus
Experience working in cloud environments, preferably GCP
Familiarity with tools such as BigQuery, GitHub, Looker Studio, and Connected Sheets
Strong business understanding and ability to create value from data
Ability to work both in detail and from a strategic perspective
Strong collaboration and communication skills across technical and business teams
Experience mentoring or sharing knowledge within teams
