Assignment Description
We are looking for an experienced E-commerce & Brand Licensing Consultant
What You Will Work On
- Analyze the current online Go-to-Market (GTM) landscape for licensed brands.
- Identify opportunities, risks, and structural improvements.
- Evaluate marketplace business models, sales channels, and strategic partners.
- Develop marketplace and digital commerce strategies for each licensed brand.
- Define governance models for marketplace operations and brand management.
- Build and launch marketplace stores across key online platforms.
- Set up marketplace accounts and operational processes.
- Support and onboard external licensees into approved digital sales channels.
- Define user access, permissions, and brand governance standards.
- Manage and improve licensee-operated branded websites.
- Establish governance for official brand domains and traffic routing.
- Create documentation, process guides, credential repositories, and operational procedures.
- Deliver a structured knowledge transfer and handover plan for long-term maintenance.
- Recommend an ongoing operating model for future support.
Required Skills & Experience
- 5–10 years of experience in:
- E-commerce
- Marketplace Management
- Brand Licensing
- Strong knowledge of online marketplaces, especially:
- Experience launching and managing marketplace stores.
- Understanding of digital brand governance and online brand consistency.
- Experience coordinating cross-functional business initiatives.
- Ability to define strategy and execute implementation independently.
- Strong operational planning and documentation skills.
- Experience working with external partners, licensees, or distributors.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Fluent English.
