Assignment Overview
We are looking for an experienced IT Business & System Analyst
What you will work on
- Leading business process mapping activities including As-Is and To-Be analysis
- Facilitating workshops with stakeholders to identify business needs and improvement opportunities
- Gathering, documenting, and managing business and functional requirements
- Ensuring traceability of requirements throughout the development and implementation lifecycle
- Contributing to solution design and architecture discussions
- Analyzing system integrations and data flows across distributed systems
- Performing hands-on technical tasks, including SQL queries, stored procedures, and troubleshooting production data issues
- Developing reports and performing minor code updates in C#/.NET when required
- Collaborating with development teams working with Angular-based applications
- Supporting Agile development processes including backlog refinement, sprint planning, and reviews
- Working closely with business, IT teams, and vendors to ensure successful implementation of solutions
What you bring
- Strong experience in Business Process Management (BPM) including As-Is and To-Be process mapping
- Proven experience leading requirement gathering independently
- Experience writing Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and functional specifications
- Structured approach to requirement traceability, validation, and documentation
- Experience contributing to solution design and system architecture discussions
- Understanding of system integrations, APIs, and distributed system environments
- Experience working with both on-premise and cloud-based systems
- Ability to assess technical impact of business changes
- Understanding of ISEC regulations and security requirements
