Assignment Description
We are looking for an experienced consultant to support a pre-study initiative within the product data domain for a major organization in the construction and infrastructure sector.
What You Will Work On
- Plan, lead, and document business, information, and technical requirements
- Analyze business needs and translate them into clear and actionable solution requirements
- Develop and document solution designs in collaboration with business stakeholders, architects, and development teams
- Ensure traceability between business needs, requirements, solution designs, and delivered outcomes
- Act as the bridge between business and IT organizations
- Facilitate workshops and working sessions related to requirements gathering and solution design
- Lead discussions around information modeling and data structures
- Contribute to planning, prioritization, and follow-up of requirements and design activities
- Support decision-making processes with analysis and recommendations
- Coordinate stakeholders across business and technology functions
- Support project management with technical guidance and coordination when needed
- Contribute to establishing a future-proof product data management strategy
What You Bring
- Proven experience in Business Analysis and Requirements Engineering within IT-related development projects
- Strong experience creating and documenting solution designs
- Experience working at the intersection of business and technology
- Ability to translate business requirements into practical and scalable solutions
- Strong workshop facilitation and stakeholder management skills
- Experience documenting requirements, processes, and technical designs in a structured manner
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Ability to work independently and proactively
- Excellent communication skills in Swedish, both written and spoken
