Assignment Overview

We are looking for a Business Developer / Digital Productivity Coach

What You Will Work On

  • Foster a culture of exploration, innovation, and creative thinking
  • Collaborate with global Digital Productivity Coach (DPC) teams
  • Lead digital workplace improvement initiatives
  • Support implementation of new digital tools and technologies
  • Develop and execute user adoption and change management strategies
  • Create and deliver training materials and inspirational sessions
  • Produce written and multimedia learning content (including video)
  • Manage and coordinate audio/video production for learning materials
  • Translate digital capabilities into measurable business value

What You Bring

  • Humble mindset and willingness to learn
  • Experience with AI (LLMs), Microsoft 365, and Teams productivity tools
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Experience in digital transformation initiatives
  • Experience creating structured learning materials
  • Creative and solution-oriented mindset
  • Experience in video and media production
