Assignment Description
We are looking for an experienced Business Developer
What You Will Work On
- Drive customer onboarding and activation activities during platform rollout
- Support workshops and partners throughout implementation and go-live phases
- Ensure customers successfully adopt and regularly use the platform
- Collaborate closely with Commercial & Growth teams to execute rollout strategies
- Conduct user testing and collect structured customer feedback
- Analyze customer behavior and identify opportunities to improve adoption
- Translate customer insights into feature requests and product improvements
- Act as the voice of the customer toward Product and Technology teams
- Support development of commercial models and customer value propositions
- Conduct willingness-to-pay interviews and market validation activities
- Define and monitor KPIs related to:
- Customer activation
- Platform adoption
- Usage frequency
- Customer engagement
- Business performance
- Track performance metrics and recommend optimization initiatives
- Support continuous improvement of platform functionality and customer experience
- Coordinate across Commercial, Product, and Technology functions
What You Bring
- Relevant university degree or equivalent professional experience
- Experience supporting large-scale rollouts, implementations, or transformation initiatives
- Strong background in customer-facing roles
- Experience working in dynamic and fast-moving business environments
- Proven ability to drive customer engagement and adoption initiatives
- Experience gathering and translating customer feedback into business improvements
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience collaborating with:
- Commercial teams
- Product teams
- Technology teams
- Fluency in:
- Ability to balance customer needs with business objectives
