We are currently looking for a Senior Strategic Buyer
What You Will Work On
- Develop and drive sourcing strategies for commodities and strategic suppliers
- Manage, evaluate, and develop supplier relationships across the supplier base
- Collaborate with global procurement teams and align with global sourcing strategies
- Negotiate contracts, pricing agreements, and larger purchase orders
- Support tactical and operational purchasing activities
- Handle escalations and supplier-related issues together with procurement teams
- Drive supplier improvement and procurement optimization initiatives
- Lead cross-functional projects to improve procurement processes and efficiency
- Monitor supplier performance and support long-term business objectives
- Contribute to procurement governance and commercial excellence initiatives
What You Bring
- University degree within Engineering, Economics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or equivalent experience
- Strong analytical capability with confidence working with data and business analysis tools such as Excel
- Strong commercial mindset with the ability to balance strategic and operational perspectives
- Ability to understand business impact and work with a holistic approach
- Strong collaboration skills across functions and procurement organizations
- Results-oriented working style with strong drive and service mindset
- Technical understanding and ability to work in industrial environments
- Professional communication skills in Swedish and English
- Ability to work independently and drive initiatives forward
