Assignment Description
We are looking for an experienced Change Management & Culture Development Lead
What You Will Work On
- Develop, plan, and execute change management strategies aligned with business objectives
- Lead organizational transformation initiatives focusing on people, leadership, and culture
- Analyze change impacts on individuals, processes, and organizational culture
- Define and anchor desired values, behaviors, and organizational mindsets
- Support leaders in driving engagement, managing resistance, and acting as change role models
- Facilitate workshops, dialogues, and readiness activities supporting transformation initiatives
- Develop audience-adapted communication, training, and enablement materials
- Establish and follow up KPIs related to adoption, engagement, and behavioral change
- Support both strategic transformation programs and operational change initiatives
- Collaborate across all organizational levels from executive leadership to operational teams
What You Bring
- Documented and extensive experience in change management and organizational/cultural transformation
- Strong understanding of human behavior, motivation, and group dynamics
- Experience working across all organizational levels, from executive leadership to operational teams
- Excellent facilitation, coaching, and influencing skills
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities
- Ability to adapt communication and messaging to different target audiences
- High emotional intelligence and strong relationship-building capabilities
- Structured, analytical, and goal-oriented working style
- Ability to thrive in environments characterized by complexity, uncertainty, and continuous change
- Fluent Swedish and English language skills
