Assignment Overview
We are looking for an experienced Development Engineer within chemical production
What You Will Work On
- Plan, implement, evaluate, and document pilot-scale trials.
- Test products and production processes using new equipment in laboratory, pilot, and full-scale environments.
- Support development and optimization of chemical manufacturing processes.up
- Initiate and drive minor investment projects related to new equipment and production improvements.
- Analyze results from trials and propose improvements to processes and operations.
- Collaborate with production teams, engineers, and technical specialists.
- Contribute to innovation and continuous improvement within manufacturing.
- Work in both hands-on operational environments and analytical documentation tasks.
What You Bring
- MSc in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Engineering Physics, or a related field.
- At least 10 years of experience within the process industry.
- Strong experience working in industrial production environments.
- Ability and willingness to run hands-on pilot trials.
- Comfortable balancing practical work and technical documentation.
- Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
- Experience working with resin manufacturing is highly valuable.
- Knowledge of process intensification is considered a strong advantage.
- Self-driven, curious, and results-oriented mindset.
- Ability to take initiative and work independently in complex environments.
- Thrives in roles that combine operational and analytical responsibilities.
