Assignment Overview
We are looking for an experienced Commissioning Manager
What you will work on
- Planning and coordinating commissioning activities for industrial equipment and systems
- Managing the integration of RTO systems with process ventilation infrastructure
- Preparing and executing commissioning plans, including FAT, SAT, and system validation
- Leading internal and external technical resources during commissioning phases
- Coordinating installation teams, automation engineers, and process specialists
- Managing deviations, risk assessments, and corrective action tracking
- Reporting commissioning progress and technical status to project management
- Ensuring proper documentation, validation records, and system handover to operations
- Supporting system startup and troubleshooting during initial operation
What you bring
- Several years of experience working as a Commissioning Manager or Commissioning Lead in industrial projects
- Strong technical background in automation systems, process systems, control systems, and validation
- Experience working with RTO systems, ventilation systems, or similar industrial process equipment
- Proven experience leading multidisciplinary technical teams during commissioning phases
- Strong understanding of FAT, SAT, system validation, and risk management processes
- Ability to manage complex commissioning activities in structured and safety-focused environments
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills when coordinating technical teams
- Structured, proactive, and solution-oriented working approach
- Experience from energy, manufacturing, or process industries is considered a strong advantage
- Knowledge of ABB 800xA automation systems is beneficial
- Certifications in commissioning management or project management are a plus
