Assignment Overview

We are seeking a Tester

What You Will Work On

Execute hands-on testing for consumer loan products, including functional, integration, regression, and end-to-end flows
Test the full consumer loan lifecycle: onboarding, scoring/decisioning, loan creation, repayment schedules, refinancing, customer communications, fees, and interest configurations
Prepare test cases, scenarios, and test data to validate product behavior across multiple systems and integrations
Execute country-specific test cases, including regulatory requirements and payment flows
Validate product parameters and business rules defined by the Offering Product Manager
Ensure alignment of tests with to-be processes, SOPs, and operational behavior
Log defects, support root-cause analysis, follow up on fixes, and coordinate cross-team dependencies
Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by preparing cases, guiding business testers, and validating results
Provide clear reporting on progress, defects, risks, and test evidence to Project Managers and program Test Leads

What You Bring

Hands-on experience testing consumer loan products or similar banking products
Strong understanding of consumer lending flows: application, scoring, loan creation, repayment logic, customer communication, and regulatory checkpoints
Strong testing skills in functional, integration, and end-to-end scenarios across multi-system landscapes
Ability to work in a structured and collaborative way in a multi-vendor environment
Clear communication skills and ability to report status effectively
