Assignment Description
We are looking for a Cybersecurity Consultant
What You Will Work On
- Drive execution of cybersecurity directives across industrial sites
- Support planning, implementation, maintenance, and improvement of security controls and policies
- Communicate and prioritize actionable tasks based on risk analyses and regulatory requirements
- Facilitate workshops and support local teams in cybersecurity implementation
- Maintain and standardize templates, compliance artifacts, and audit documentation
- Define and clarify RACI roles across functions (IT, Maintenance, Automation, etc.)
- Perform follow-ups on security baselines, vulnerabilities, and architecture requirements
- Support supplier/site onboarding and capability development in cybersecurity
- Contribute to continuous improvement of cybersecurity processes and practices
- Collaborate with global stakeholders and cross-functional teams
What You Bring
- 12+ years of experience in cybersecurity, IT/OT security, or related domains
- Strong experience in industrial cybersecurity and IoT environments
- Knowledge of regulatory frameworks and security standards (NIS2, R155, NIST, ISO 27001)
- Experience with risk-based compliance and management systems
- Ability to coordinate across multiple domains and stakeholders
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Experience supporting implementation and follow-up of security measures
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proactive, hands-on, and collaborative mindset
