What You Will Work On
Automation of Administrative & Manual Processes
- Identify and eliminate non-value-adding manual work
- Automate reporting and documentation processes
- Replace Excel-based workflows with scalable digital solutions
- Improve internal communication and operational workflows
- Implement AI-driven automation solutions and modern workflow tooling
Data & AI-Driven Production Improvements
- Build and improve solutions around production and operational data
- Develop real-time monitoring and analytics capabilities
- Support demand forecasting initiatives
- Develop predictive maintenance solutions
- Implement AI-based anomaly detection and waste reduction analysis
- Create integrations between production systems, databases, and business applications
- Support development of data platforms and data warehouse solutions
AI Adoption Across the Organization
- Build internal AI assistants and AI-powered tools
- Support practical adoption of AI in daily operations
- Conduct workshops, enablement sessions, and training activities
- Identify high-value AI use cases across business and production environments
- Help establish AI as a natural operational tool across the organization
What You Bring
- Several years of experience within software development, AI, and data engineering
- Proven experience building AI, automation, or data-driven solutions used in real business operations
- Strong technical capabilities combined with pragmatic business understanding
- Experience working close to operational stakeholders and business users
- Comfortable working iteratively in fast-moving environments
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Ability to translate business needs into practical technical solutions
- Fluent Swedish communication skills, spoken and written
