Data Engineer- Informatica

Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Data Engineer Informatica to join our dynamic team.

What You Will Work On:

Develop and enhance Bank’s common Enterprise Data Warehouse platform (iData) using Informatica PowerCenter and Oracle database.
Design and implement secure and high-performance workflows for staging, cleansing, and loading data.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and understand requirements, processes, and products for solution specifications.
Populate Operational Data Stores (ODS) and data marts with high-quality data for Business Intelligence (BI) solutions.
Maintain and optimize existing data solutions.
Investigate and resolve defects reported in the data warehouse environment.
Support and enforce data quality routines.

What You Bring:

Minimum of 5 years of development experience using Informatica PowerCenter.
Proficiency with various databases and file formats, including CSV, XML, and JSON.
Strong knowledge of Data Warehouse concepts and experience designing data warehouse solutions.
Analytical skills with the ability to understand and interpret data from a business context.
Competence in file and data handling scripts using shell or Python is a plus.
Experience in implementing and managing data quality issues.
Experience in the banking domain is highly desired.
