Assignment Description

We are looking for a Data Engineer

What You Will Work On

Extract, transform, and validate HR/personnel data using Python and SQL
Design and implement scalable data models (e.g., star schemas, semantic layers)
Build and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports
Optimize data pipelines and ensure data quality and reliability
Collaborate with People & Culture stakeholders to define KPIs and reporting needs
Work closely with data platform teams (e.g., Snowflake)
Ensure data governance, security, and access control
Support data-driven decision-making across the organization
Continuously improve data solutions and analytics capabilities

What You Bring

Higher education in Data/IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, or equivalent experience
Strong hands-on experience with Python for data processing and automation
Solid experience with SQL for data extraction and transformation
Proven experience developing and maintaining Power BI solutions
(data modeling, DAX, Power Query, performance optimization, lifecycle management)
Good understanding of databases and data modeling concepts
Experience working with or alongside cloud-based data warehouse solutions (e.g., Snowflake)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Fluent in English
