Assignment Description

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst Level 3

What You Will Work On

Collaborate with the E-commerce Product Owner to create and maintain product documentation such as:
User guides
Feature specifications
Process flows
Gather and consolidate input from engineering, marketing, sales, and other stakeholders.
Ensure documentation and presentations are accurate, structured, and up to date.
Maintain a centralized repository for all product and project documentation.
Apply best practices in documentation and presentation to improve clarity and engagement.
Support and prepare materials for workshops and meetings.
Summarize workshop outcomes into clear, actionable insights.
Support operational monitoring and coordination of activities across teams.

What You Bring

Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in complex or global organizations.
Strong ability to structure, document, and communicate complex information clearly.
Experience working with international and cross-functional teams.
Knowledge of e-commerce platforms, digital product development, or CRM systems.
Exposure to UX/UI principles and ability to translate technical requirements into user-friendly documentation.
Experience in stakeholder management and coordination of multiple contributors.
Strong organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail.
