Assignment Description
We are looking for an experienced Digital Product Manager
What You Will Work On
- Own and drive the digital product strategy at the intersection of business and technology
- Define and evolve product vision, strategy, roadmap, goals, and budget
- Translate business, customer, and operational needs into scalable digital solutions
- Manage the complete product lifecycle from concept through continuous improvement
- Ensure delivery of reliable, high-quality, and trusted data across digital platforms
- Collaborate with engineering teams to build scalable platform capabilities
- Maintain a holistic view of data flows, integrations, and downstream digital services
- Prioritize product backlog, resource planning, and release activities
- Drive product adoption, business value, and return on investment (ROI)
- Monitor product performance, platform reliability, and data quality
- Ensure compliance with legal, security, and data governance requirements
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including developers, testers, Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and business stakeholders
- Support continuous improvements through data-driven decision-making
- Align platform capabilities with long-term business strategy and customer needs
- Foster collaboration and continuous improvement across one or more Agile teams
What You Bring
- Proven experience as a Digital Product Manager, Technical Product Manager, Product Owner, or Platform Product Manager
- Minimum 5 years of relevant product management experience
- Strong experience managing digital products within data platforms, APIs, or technical product environments
- Good understanding of software development, system architecture, and distributed systems
- Strong knowledge of data platforms, data ecosystems, and platform architecture
- Experience working with APIs, integrations, and end-to-end data flows
- Experience working in Agile environments with cross-functional engineering teams
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to bridge business needs with technical solutions
- Strong analytical mindset with experience making data-driven decisions
- Experience managing product roadmaps, priorities, budgets, and product lifecycle
- Understanding of legal, security, and data governance requirements
- Accountable for product outcomes, team performance, and continuous improvement
- University degree in Business, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
- Valid work permit for Sweden (if applicable)
