Assignment Description
We are seeking an experienced EHS Engineer
What You Will Work On
- Provide operational EHS support to field service and manufacturing teams
- Conduct risk assessments, improve processes, and address workplace safety in customer environments
- Ensure compliance with local EHS regulations across EMEA markets
- Coordinate EHS initiatives and share best practices across regions and functions
- Support and develop ISO-based management systems (ISO 45001 & ISO 14001)
- Participate in internal and external audits, including follow-up on corrective actions
- Deliver and support EHS training programs for technicians and production staff
- Promote and strengthen a safety-first culture across the organization
- Prepare reports, analysis, and documentation related to EHS performance
- Travel within EMEA (approximately 5–7 trips per year)
What You Bring
- Relevant EHS education (Bachelor’s degree or equivalent certifications)
- Minimum 5+ years of progressive experience in EHS roles
- Strong knowledge of field service operations and associated risks
- Experience working with ISO-certified management systems and audits
- Good understanding of EHS regulations across EMEA
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
- High level of cultural awareness and ability to work in international environments
- Proficiency in standard office tools and EHS systems
- Willingness and ability to travel within EMEA
- Fluency in Swedish and English
