Assignment Description

We are looking for a Simulation Engineer

What You Will Work On

  • Develop and build simulation models for dielectric and thermal analysis
  • Perform AC and DC simulations using COMSOL
  • Analyze and evaluate simulation results based on design rules and engineering standards
  • Recommend type test levels based on simulation outcomes
  • Document results through technical reports
  • Compare and validate simulation results against test data
  • Improve and refine models based on test outcomes and feedback
  • Analyze temperature rise test results across similar products
  • Collaborate with product-level simulation engineers and cross-functional teams

What You Bring

  • Experience with COMSOL modeling in dielectric and thermal domains
  • Strong understanding of AC and DC simulation techniques
  • Knowledge of materials science, especially insulation and conductor materials
  • Experience in simulation validation and test comparison
  • Ability to produce clear technical documentation and reports
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Fluent in English; Swedish is a strong advantage
