Assignment Description
We are looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager
What You Will Work On
- Lead the implementation of a new production blending line
- Take over an ongoing investment project through a structured handover
- Manage the project from execution through final delivery
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and milestones
- Coordinate project activities alongside ongoing production operations
- Manage suppliers, contractors, and external vendors
- Oversee contracts, procurement activities, and supplier performance
- Ensure technical solutions meet business, operational, and quality requirements
- Monitor project risks, dependencies, and mitigation plans
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including production, engineering, maintenance, and quality
- Track project progress and communicate status to key stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with food production standards, safety regulations, and quality requirements
- Drive successful commissioning and handover of the new production line
What You Bring
- Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager within food production or food manufacturing (mandatory)
- Strong experience managing industrial investment or capital projects
- Experience managing suppliers, contracts, procurement, and external vendors
- Strong understanding of industrial production and manufacturing environments
- Experience coordinating projects within active production facilities
- Excellent project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management skills
- Strong stakeholder management and communication abilities
- Ability to independently lead complex technical projects
- Structured, organized, and delivery-focused approach
- Flexible, pragmatic, and solution-oriented mindset
