Assignment Description
We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master / Object Leader
What You Will Work On
- Coordinate and follow up activities related to bus electrical systems and cable harness development
- Support schematic design and cable harness engineering activities
- Plan, track, and monitor project activities, milestones, and deliverables
- Act as the primary coordination point between stakeholders and engineering teams
- Secure project deliveries and ensure progress is communicated effectively
- Monitor project risks, deviations, and corrective actions
- Facilitate Agile ways of working and support team effectiveness
- Support daily planning and execution within the engineering team
- Coordinate activities across multiple functions and stakeholders
- Report project status, progress, and risks to relevant stakeholders
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and team development
- Foster collaboration, engagement, and a positive team culture
- Support engineering activities related to eMobility and vehicle development projects
What You Bring
- B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical discipline
- Minimum 5 years of experience in engineering, design, or product development environments
- Proven experience in coordination, planning, and project follow-up activities
- Experience working in Agile and cross-functional environments
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to coordinate activities across multiple engineering disciplines
- Experience supporting project deliveries in complex technical environments
- Strong organizational and problem-solving capabilities
- Ability to balance technical details with a broader project perspective
