Assignment Overview

We are seeking an EQL Specialist (Level 3)

What You Will Work On

  • Lead and host regular meetings with on-site stakeholders
  • Manage and maintain operational processes with full ownership
  • Use Excel and Microsoft tools to track, analyze, and remoeoptimize workflows
  • Identify opportunities for automation and efficiency improvements
  • Ensure consistency and quality in process execution
  • Communicate proactively with colleagues and stakeholders
  • Support continuous process improvement initiatives

What You Bring

  • Strong communication skills and ability to lead meetings confidently
  • Excellent English skills, both written and spoken
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and Microsoft tools
  • Strong interest in automation and workflow optimization
  • Ability to understand end-to-end processes and their business impact
  • Comfortable handling repetitive tasks while maintaining high accuracy
  • High level of ownership and accountability
  • Proactive mindset and transparent communication style
  • Solution-oriented approach and ability to learn from mistakes
