Assignment Description
We are seeking an experienced Lead Business Analyst / Requirements Manager
What You Will Work On
Business Analysis & Requirements Management
- Lead requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation activities
- Translate business needs into functional and solution requirements
- Drive process analysis and future-state process design
- Facilitate workshops with business and technical stakeholders
- Develop and maintain business requirements, user stories, and functional specifications
- Ensure traceability between business objectives, requirements, and implemented solutions
- Identify risks, dependencies, and process gaps
- Support solution design activities within ERP initiatives
- Collaborate with architects, developers, business stakeholders, and vendors
- Support decision-making through analysis and documentation
Cross-Program Business Analysis Coordination
- Coordinate Business Analysts across ERP, WMS, and TMS programs
- Establish common business analysis methodologies and governance models
- Define and maintain shared templates, standards, and best practices
- Ensure consistency across requirements, processes, and solution designs
- Facilitate collaboration and knowledge sharing between analyst teams
- Support long-term business analysis capability development
- Align cross-program dependencies and integration requirements
- Promote a unified end-to-end business process perspective

What You Bring
- Extensive experience as a Business Analyst in large ERP transformation programs
- Strong background in requirements management and complex business analysis
- Experience working with enterprise-wide ERP implementations
- Expertise in business process analysis and process design
- Strong workshop facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills
- Experience working across multiple business functions and technology teams
- Ability to manage complex dependencies and integration requirements
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Excellent documentation and communication skills
- Ability to bridge business and technology perspectives
- Fluent communication skills in Swedish and English
