Assignment Description
We are looking for experienced Business Analysts to join a Finance Solution team focused on implementation of the ERP system M3 and development of financial applications.
What You Will Work On
- Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements
- Support ERP M3 implementation and finance system development initiatives
- Translate business needs into clear and actionable technical requirements
- Work with integration mapping and system flow analysis
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and IT teams across the organization
- Support testing, validation, and quality assurance activities
- Participate in agile ceremonies and backlog management activities
- Contribute to business process improvements and solution optimization
- Ensure alignment between business objectives and technical solutions
- Facilitate communication between business and development teams
- Support delivery of scalable and maintainable finance solutions
What You Bring
- Several years of experience working as a Business Analyst or within requirements management
- Strong experience with integrations and integration mapping activities
- Experience working within ERP and finance system environments
- Ability to translate business needs into structured and development-ready requirements
- Experience working in agile environments using Jira
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Structured and solution-oriented working approach
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to collaborate across both business and technical teams
- Fluent Swedish and English communication skills, spoken and written
