Assignment Overview
We are looking for an experienced Frontend Solution Architect
What you will work on
- Designing and defining frontend architecture for digital banking channels
- Creating secure, scalable, and high-performance frontend solutions
- Supporting digital transformation initiatives within payments and channel platforms
- Collaborating with UX specialists, architects, business analysts, and developers
- Establishing technical guidelines, design principles, and frontend standards
- Advising development teams and guiding architectural implementation
- Participating in architecture and solution design together with Tech Leads and senior developers
- Working closely with stakeholders such as channel owners, project managers, and development teams
- Supporting project deliveries within a Scaled Agile framework
- Participating in Proof of Concepts (PoC) to validate technical decisions
- Ensuring solutions meet requirements for security, accessibility, performance, and scalability
- Driving architecture discussions within the organization’s architecture community
What you bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field
- More than 5 years of experience as a Frontend Solution Architect
- Strong background in frontend development (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript)
- Deep knowledge of modern frameworks such as React, Angular, TypeScript, and Next.js
- Experience designing scalable and secure web architectures
- Strong understanding of UX principles and accessibility standards (WCAG)
- Experience working with cloud platforms such as GCP, AWS, Azure, or OpenShift
- Knowledge of DevOps practices and modern CI/CD pipelines
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to present solution designs and architectural decisions clearly
- Experience managing stakeholders in large enterprise organizations
- Experience working in both waterfall and Scaled Agile environments
- Hands-on capability to write code when needed, for example in PoC development
- Experience from banking or financial services environments
- Fluent English communication skills (spoken and written)
