Assignment Overview
We are looking for a Fullstack .NET Developer
What you will work on
- Developing Industrial IoT applications on Microsoft Azure with high quality standards
- Building full-stack solutions using .NET and modern frontend technologies
- Contributing to Industrial IoT projects across multiple Volvo Group units
- Supporting and training internal teams implementing IoT initiatives in factories
- Helping factories scale and deploy IoT solutions in production environments
- Recommending improvements and best practices for IoT deployments
- Creating and maintaining guidelines and frameworks for IIoT solutions
- Participating in exploration of new IoT use cases and capabilities
- Collaborating with teams involved in manufacturing digitalization and Industry 4.0 transformation
- Participating in all phases of the software development lifecycle including analysis, development, testing, deployment, and support
What you bring
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in software development
- Strong experience as a Fullstack developer using .NET and modern frontend frameworks
- Experience developing Industrial IoT solutions on Microsoft Azure
- Experience working with React.js or similar JavaScript frameworks
- Experience across the full software development lifecycle
- Knowledge of Python for machine learning or data analysis
- Basic knowledge of data analytics concepts
- Understanding of industrial systems such as robotics, automation, or electronics
- Ability to work in cross-functional teams across industrial and IT domains
- Strong interest in Industry 4.0 and digital manufacturing transformation
