Assignment Overview
We are seeking a Hands-on Product Owner
What You Will Work On
- Identify and prioritize workflows suitable for automation using Copilot agents.
- Maintain and manage a living, prioritized agent backlog with measurable goals and decision criteria.
- Plan and execute sprints with clear fail-fast criteria (e.g., time savings, error reduction, measurable impact).
- Design and build Copilot agents including:
- RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) setups
- Tool orchestration and API integrations
- Access control and policy guardrails
- Integrate agents directly into real workflows; gather feedback and iterate rapidly.
- Ensure testing and validation, including compliance with GxP/GMP where applicable.
- Establish KPIs and instrument agent performance via Power BI dashboards.
- Drive change management and continuous training to increase adoption.
- Coordinate stakeholders, teams, and vendors to ensure rapid decision-making and delivery.
- Report progress, risks, and sprint outcomes to sponsors and leadership.
What You Bring
- Strong experience with Copilot agents and LLM-driven automation, including design, orchestration, tool use, and RAG.
- Solid expertise in Microsoft 365 & SharePoint, including content structuring and access rights management.
- Advanced knowledge of Power BI (data modeling, reporting, KPI tracking, value measurement).
- Experience integrating APIs within the Microsoft ecosystem (Power Platform, Teams, Planner/Project).
- Understanding of information security and data protection, including permissions, logging, and policy enforcement.
- Ability to operate in regulated environments (GxP/GMP awareness).
- Agile mindset with strong execution capability in fast-moving environments.
- Proven experience driving measurable automation outcomes.
