Assignment Description
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager
What You Will Work On
- Lead the restart and execution of a production line start-up project
- Plan, coordinate, and manage project activities from initiation through implementation
- Ensure production readiness, operational efficiency, and successful project delivery
- Coordinate production, engineering, and cross-functional teams throughout the project
- Drive investments related to production equipment and workplace improvements
- Lead Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) activities throughout the project
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, production standards, and company requirements
- Identify, manage, and mitigate project risks
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and progress reporting
- Create structure and drive execution in a complex industrial environment
- Support continuous improvements in production processes and operational performance
- Communicate project status and collaborate with internal stakeholders
What You Bring
- Proven experience as a Project Manager within manufacturing or industrial environments
- Experience with production start-ups, industrialization, or production line implementation
- Strong knowledge of Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) and workplace safety
- Experience working closely with production and engineering organizations
- Strong project planning, coordination, and execution skills
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive projects forward independently
- Experience working in technically advanced industrial or manufacturing environments
- Structured, proactive, and solution-oriented approach
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Strong leadership and organizational abilities
- Ability to work hands-on in an operational production environment
- Fluent in English; Swedish language skills are considered an advantage
- Ability to work onsite in Ludvika throughout the assignment
