Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Hybrid Cloud Infrastructure Technical Lead
What you will work on:
- Lead technical design and implementation of hybrid cloud infrastructure solutions
- Design and operate Azure environments including AKS and Kubernetes platforms
- Integrate and manage on-premises infrastructure connected to cloud environments
- Define architecture ensuring scalability, reliability, and security
- Drive Infrastructure as Code and automation using Terraform and Bicep
- Build and improve CI/CD and DevOps workflows for infrastructure deployments
- Implement monitoring, backup, and disaster recovery strategies
- Optimize infrastructure costs and manage vendor-related technical decisions
- Act as technical authority within the platform team and contribute to technical communities
- Mentor engineers and promote best practices in DevOps and cloud operations
What you bring:
- Strong experience designing and operating Azure-based cloud infrastructure
- Deep knowledge of Kubernetes, container platforms, and hybrid cloud environments
- Proven experience with Infrastructure as Code using Terraform and Bicep
- Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines and DevOps automation
- Hands-on experience integrating on-prem infrastructure with cloud platforms
- Strong troubleshooting skills across both cloud and physical environments
- Experience supporting development teams with reliable platform services
- Ability to lead technically while remaining hands-on in implementation
- Strong communication skills and ability to work with multiple stakeholders
- Analytical mindset with structured approach to complex technical problems
