Assignment Description:

We are looking for a highly experienced IFS Integration & Data Consultant to join a large-scale transformation and implementation program.
The assignment takes place in a complex, international IT environment where data quality, structure, and collaboration across multiple stakeholders are critical for success. The role is central to the implementation and involves close cooperation with both business stakeholders and external implementation partners.

What you will work on:

• Act as a key expert within the program, reporting to the Data Lead and working both operationally and strategically with data-related topics
• Take responsibility for Key Data Design (KDD), including detailed field mapping
• Manage and quality-assure Conversion Detail Design (CDD) activities
• Develop, optimize, and analyze SQL-based reports with high demands on accuracy and data quality
• Ensure correct, traceable, and efficient data management throughout the implementation lifecycle
• Prepare data sets and analyses related to data cleansing and data quality improvement
• Collaborate closely with implementation partners, system specialists, and IT architects
• Contribute to structured, high-quality data processes supporting the overall ERP implementation

What you bring:

• Extensive and well-documented experience with IFS, at expert level
• Proven experience working in large-scale ERP implementation projects together with external implementation partners
• Strong understanding of business processes and process management
• Solid, hands-on knowledge of the IFS database structure
• Deep expertise in SQL, including development of advanced and detailed reports
• Strong ability to work with and ensure high data quality
• Fluency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken
• Ability to take initiative, drive solutions forward, and work independently
• Experience working in international or global project environments is an advantage
• Experience with SAP or SAP S/4HANA integrations is considered a strong plus
• Previous experience coordinating or managing resources across multiple geographic locations is beneficial
