Assignment Overview

We are seeking a Production Technician (PME)

What You Will Work On

Coordinate activities related to tooling/fixture manufacturing, tool design, production preparation, method engineering, and CAM/NC
Ensure robustness and zero defects using quality tools such as PFMEA, SPC, and structured problem-solving
Collaborate daily with operators and technicians to support production quality and delivery
Participate in customer discussions regarding production engineering issues
Contribute to technology development and industrialize new methods, processes, and ways of working
Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency and quality
Work closely within the team to share knowledge, curiosity, and a winning team culture
Monitor and maintain production standards, focusing on quality, cost, and delivery targets

What You Bring

Academic bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in production, mechanical, or industrial engineering
Team player with a strong drive to succeed
Motivated, eager to learn, and proactive
Self-reliant with the ability to take initiative
Fact-based, analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities
Experience with welding is meritorious due to fabricated structures
Fluent in Swedish and English (spoken and written)
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Ability to handle variation in challenges and organize work effectively
Goal-oriented with a strong sense of personal responsibility and organization
