Job Description

Assignment Description

We are looking for an experienced Test & Verification Manager

What You Will Work On

Lead and coordinate all test and verification activities
Develop and maintain verification plans
Plan, organize, and monitor verification work
Coordinate verification activities across multiple engineering disciplines
Ensure project verification requirements are fulfilled
Monitor verification progress and project milestones
Coordinate internal teams and external suppliers
Report project status, risks, and progress to project management
Ensure compliance with technical requirements
Support issue resolution during verification
Improve verification processes and working methods
Drive structured project execution throughout the verification phase

What You Bring

Strong project management experience
Experience leading technical teams or engineering projects
Excellent planning and organizational skills
Strong communication skills in Swedish and English
Good understanding of technical systems
Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders
Ability to work independently and proactively
Structured and analytical approach
Experience from testing, verification, validation, or commissioning is highly desirable
