Assignment Description

We are looking for an Interim QC Lab Manager

What You Will Work On

Leading and managing daily operations in the GMP laboratory
Ensuring compliance with GMP regulations and quality standards
Overseeing routine analyses as well as validation and verification of analytical methods
Managing and developing laboratory staff, including performance and salary reviews
Acting as the GMP laboratory representative in internal and external contexts
Supporting continuous improvement of laboratory processes and quality practices

What You Bring

Post-secondary education in a relevant field such as chemistry, chemical engineering, or natural sciences
Solid experience in quality work within a GMP-regulated environment
Hands-on experience with validation and verification of analytical methods, preferably under GMP
Leadership experience, ideally with formal personnel responsibility
Strong ability to work independently with a structured and organized approach
Proven ability to prioritize, delegate, and manage workload effectively
Excellent communication skills in both Swedish and English, written and spoken
