We are seeking a highly experienced Interim Change Manager

What You Will Work On

• Establish a new SRE and Production Reliability capability
• Define strategic goals, roadmap, and implementation plans
• Design operating models, governance frameworks, and organizational structures
• Define roles, responsibilities, ownership models, and collaboration frameworks
• Build and develop operational teams and capabilities
• Lead onboarding, training, and competence development initiatives
• Establish incident management, problem management, and operational processes
• Develop reliability, resilience, recovery, and operational maturity frameworks
• Implement observability, monitoring, alerting, and operational metrics strategies
• Drive automation initiatives and reduction of manual operational work
• Coordinate activities across operations, platform teams, security, and business stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with security, auditability, and regulatory requirements
• Establish service onboarding and readiness models for production environments
• Drive continuous improvement and operational excellence initiatives
• Support the adoption of modern SRE principles and reliability engineering practices

What You Bring

• 8–10+ years of experience in senior IT operations, platform engineering, infrastructure, cloud, or SRE leadership roles
• Proven experience establishing or transforming operational organizations and capabilities
• Experience leading complex transformation initiatives involving technology, processes, governance, and people
• Strong understanding of modern operational models and reliability engineering principles
• Experience working within mission-critical IT environments
• Strong understanding of Kubernetes and/or OpenShift platforms
• Experience with cloud environments, preferably Microsoft Azure
• Knowledge of networking, IAM, secrets management, storage, and database platforms
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines, automation, and modern software delivery practices
• Experience with incident management, alerting, operational follow-up, and service reliability
• Experience implementing observability, dashboards, metrics, and monitoring frameworks
• Understanding of security, compliance, governance, and audit requirements
• Strong stakeholder management and organizational change management capabilities
• Excellent communication skills in both Swedish and English
