Assignment Description

We are seeking an experienced Interim PMO Manager

What You Will Work On

Lead and develop an established PMO function
Manage and coach PMO team members and first-line managers
Drive operational planning and PMO process improvements
Support project managers with governance frameworks, methodologies, and best practices
Ensure consistent implementation of project management standards and policies
Drive continuous improvement initiatives across project delivery processes
Align local project governance with business unit strategies and objectives
Oversee budgeting, resource planning, and medium-term operational planning
Provide recommendations related to project governance, delivery models, and organizational effectiveness
Monitor project portfolio performance and governance compliance
Support organizational transformation and change initiatives
Promote project excellence, efficiency, and operational maturity

What You Bring

Extensive experience in PMO leadership and project governance
Proven experience leading teams, preferably through other managers
Strong background in project management methodologies and delivery frameworks
Experience driving organizational change and continuous improvement initiatives
Experience managing budgets, planning cycles, and operational governance
Ability to establish structure, transparency, and accountability across project organizations
Strong stakeholder management and communication capabilities
Experience operating in large and complex industrial or technology environments
Ability to balance strategic priorities with operational execution
Strong analytical and decision-making skills
