Assignment Description
We are currently looking for an experienced Senior IT Project Manager to support analytics and finance-related transformation initiatives within a large international organization.
What You Will Work On
- Lead and deliver analytics and finance-related IT projects across the full project lifecycle
- Drive initiatives from pre-study and procurement through implementation and handover
- Manage project plans, timelines, budgets, resources, and delivery scope
- Ensure project progress, governance, and change management execution
- Coordinate stakeholders across business, finance, IT, and operational teams
- Facilitate steering committees, project meetings, and workshops
- Work closely with analytics and data teams to support reporting and decision-making needs
- Lead evaluation and selection of standard platforms and packaged solutions
- Manage supplier dialogue, RFx processes, and procurement activities
- Oversee implementation, integration, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities
- Identify and manage risks, dependencies, and delivery deviations
- Monitor KPIs, financial performance, and project health indicators
- Support structured governance and reporting throughout execution
What You Bring
- Minimum 10+ years of experience leading IT projects in complex organizations
- Experience delivering analytics, business intelligence, data, or finance-related initiatives
- Strong understanding of finance processes including reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial follow-up
- Experience evaluating and implementing standard systems such as BI platforms, ERP solutions, or financial planning tools
- Proven stakeholder management capabilities across business and IT functions
- Experience managing cross-functional and enterprise-scale initiatives
- Strong understanding of both Agile and traditional project methodologies
- Experience with governance, reporting structures, and risk management practices
- Strong facilitation and communication skills across executive and operational levels
- Ability to drive delivery while balancing business goals and operational constraints
